The Natural Vibe takes the utmost care to provide you with the best possible customer service, so please familiarize yourself with our ordering and shipping policies and rates before ordering.
Browse our online store to find a product you would like to purchase. Once you have found the product, enter the quantity of the product to purchase and then click on the "Add to Cart" button. This will take you to our shopping cart where you have the option to continue shopping or finalize your order. If you decide to finalize your order, click on the "continue to shipping information" button. Instructions will guide you on completing your order. At any time during your shopping, you can click on the shopping cart image to view the contents of your cart. Shipping costs are determined by location and total purchase price. While The Natural Vibe makes every effort to ensure your order is processed and shipped as soon as we receive it, processing times will vary due to conditions out of our control. Orders are generally shipped within 48hrs of payment received, unless weather conditions or unavailability of our shipment options prevent us from doing so or if an item is out of stock or backordered. If for any reason we are unable to ship part or all of your order within 5 business days you will be contacted by phone/email.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
The Natural Vibe may use Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS to ship our products. The Natural Vibe is not responsible for delay in shipping due to strike, weather, mechanical failure, or delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided to us. At this time we are only able to ship within Canada and the United States.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also give the option to use PayPal to process online payments. PayPal securely stores your credit/banking information and shipping address when you make online purchases through PayPal. When you checkout from our site you will be re-directed to the PayPal site where you must sign in or choose “Don’t have a Pay Pal account” to complete your purchase. Return and Exchanges:
We guarantee satisfaction with your order offering a 30 day return and exchange policy. However we do not issue refunds or exchanges on items that are opened, used or without the original receipt.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs of products that they would like refunded or exchanged.
In the event of product return, please contact us in regards to proper recommendation of a replacement product or to receive a refund. Defects are extremely rare however we will replace any defective products.
