Sunscreen is a staple in many of our bathroom vanities, but not all brands are equal. Sunscreen is supposed to protect us - from excess radiation from the sun. But so many options come with a plethora of harmful chemicals that can be worse than the sunburn. Doesn’t sound so protective, does it?
Toxic ingredients found in many commercial sunscreens, like oxybenzone, have been shown to be a potential endocrine disruptor, allergenic and, because it is absorbed in large amounts through the skin, can be found in human breast milk, urine and blood. Children, due to their smaller size, may be more vulnerable to harm from oxybenzone.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Apply generously (and evenly) 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply at least every 2 hours. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming or sweating. Reapply immediately after towel drying. For use on children less than 6 months of age, consult a health care practitioner.
Sun Protection Measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a Broad-Spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including limiting time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. and wearing long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
